How to perform an exchange using MegaChange?

Our service offers a user-friendly interface that will help you to exchange the money. On our home page you will find the table consisting all the supported directions. In the left side of the table you need to choose which currency you want to sell and enter the amount. Next step is to choose the currency you want to buy in the right side of the table. You will find additional information in the table (actual exchange rate, reserves, etc.) After you select the exchange direction, just click on the "Go" button to perform the exchange.


Does MegaChange work with PayPal, Skrill and Payza?

Unfortunately we do not accept any of the refundable or reversible currencies (PayPal, Payza, Skrill etc.)


How long do I have to wait until the exchange is complete?

Most of the exchange directions are processed in the automatic exchange mode. However, some of them are carried out manually by our specialists. Manual exchange can take more time but still usually such transactions are processed quickly. Please pay attention to the available processing modes before creating an exchange request. If you decide to exchange your money using the manual mode, keep in mind that our working hours are Monday – Friday 9:00-18:00 GMT.
1. If you receive Bank(sepa, UK local bank trasnfer, swift) or card transfers - up to 7 business days. Please understand that bank transfer and transfer via Visa/Mastercard system is not instant and may take some time.
2. If you receive Skrill, Neteller, Payza, Alipay, epayments, Paypal, Tether - allow 1 business day to complete payout

3. If you pay via yandex or qiwi wallet - security hold for 48. If any fraud suspicion appears you will be requested to pass verification for more details contact LavaPay.com или Okpay.com
4. If you pay via Western Union, Moneygram - allow 3 business days to collect your transfer.


I accidentally entered the incorrect information and submitted the exchange request. What should I do?

If you stated any incorrect information, you need to contact our support team as soon as possible. Most of the operations are not reversible. However, sometimes there is still an opportunity to change the data you've entered or cancel the transaction. Please pay attention to the information you provide before you perform an exchange.


How does bank transfer exchange service work?

To perform an exchange using the bank transfer you need to chose in the left side of the exchange table "Bank USD/EUR"(if available). After that you will receive the bank transfer details for transfer. Please note, that bank wire transfers may take up to 2-4 business days to receive and process. You need to contact us and provide us a wire transfer receipt on your name as soon as you will send it.


Can I exchange any currencies that are not listed on the MegaChange website?

All supported currencies are listed on our website. We keep on adding more currencies and directions and updating the list. If you need to exchange the currency that is not listed, do not hesitate to contact us and offer the exchange. Note that we NEVER buy Credit Cards balance, PayPal, AlertPay or MoneyBookers/Skrill from users.
